I finished this paperback last night, which I got at a used bookstore for like $9. Most of my prior experience with the Flash is through the Justice League comics, animated movies, or the CW show.
I think this was a really good collection to learn more about this specific Flash villains, though he and his story do change over time. It was cool to see that evolution one story after another. The downside is that you can’t see the story in its entirety, as that would require reading a LOT of The Flash comics.
Overall, I definitely would recommend this paperback to anyone getting into the Flash, people who have read/watched Flashpoint, and/or those who enjoyed the CW show.
It is getting 4/5 because I wish there was more. I’m sure they have other paperbacks with more of the Rogues gallery, but I’m not actively searching them out.
